For many professionals, the risks associated with change are a barrier to change itself. Our experience tells us that until you start, you won’t know the answers, you won’t even know all the questions. Another barrier to change is dealing with the gnats, whirlwinds and spot fires that make up daily life in most professional practices. Having the discipline to make the time to make changes is a challenge.

Some of you will have taken the first step of attending a half day or full day workshop, leaving with great enthusiasm, and then realising that the workshop provided only a very high-level overview of the theory and nothing about the practical implementation.

The Aligned Pricing Program is designed to address these barriers to change by:

  • Adopting a structured approach to making the required changes and improvements in your practice. The program runs over six months and each month it focuses on a particular area of practice development. Part of each module will involve each participant committing to taking specific implementation steps during the following month, and allocating the time away from the day to day business to do so.

  • Focusing on the practical, not just the theory. Each module will give the participant the practical skills, tools, structure and support to implement the strategies and processes of each aspect of the program in their own practices.

  • Tailoring it. The program recognises that the needs of each firm will differ, and some firms may have less emphasis on implementing an outcome of a particular module and may only need to refine existing strategies or processes. For other firms, the implementation of strategies and processes may be an ongoing process beyond the conclusion of the course.

  • By drawing on our personal experiences of transforming firms - what works well, what doesn't and where things go wrong - we will guide participants through the maze of change and provide participants with the skills to smoothly transition to an aligned pricing strategy, thereby reducing the risks associated with change.


What is the Aligned pricing Program?

The interactive program utilises case-study based learning supported by practical roadmaps. It is delivered by Innovim Group's directors Liz Harris, John Chisholm and David Wells - as well as guest presenters.
